The first oil painting I’ve completed since taking a long break from art this year (2019). Resolution is a painting of an orange open petalled rose was created with glazing technique- starting from light to dark, painting one layer of color at a time. Though time consuming, this method allows great depth and brilliant color.
Smooth texture and glossy finish. The sides of this 18″ x 18″panel are painted and include brackets, picture wire and wall bumpers for immediate hanging. This painting is signed by me. The last photo is for example only and not to scale.
